Hotel pickup and departure (03:00 am)

We begin with an early pickup from your hotel and head toward the impressive Colca Canyon, crossing high-Andean plains, pre-Inca agricultural terraces, and natural habitats where llamas, alpacas, and native birds are commonly seen.

Breakfast stop in Chivay

Arrival in Chivay for breakfast before continuing the journey.

Cruz del Cóndor — Natural canyon viewpoint

Visit the iconic Cruz del Cóndor, the most famous viewpoint of the canyon. From here, admire the vast depth of Colca Canyon and, with some luck, observe the Andean condor soaring very close overhead.

Maca traditional village

On the way back, stop at the picturesque village of Maca, where you can see its colonial church, stroll through its traditional streets, and taste the famous Colca Sour.

Hot springs (optional)

Opportunity to relax in the area’s natural hot springs.

Optional buffet lunch in Chivay

Free time to enjoy an optional buffet lunch with regional dishes.

Scenic return to Arequipa

During the return journey, we will stop at:
