We will pick you up from the door of your hotel located in Cusco’s historic center, or we will coordinate a meeting point at the fountain in the Plaza de Armas.
Our first visit will be to Qorikancha, where you will learn about this important Inca sanctuary that was once covered with sheets of gold. Then, we will visit the Convent of Santo Domingo, built on the foundations of the Inca temple.
Afterward, our tourist transport will take us to the upper part of the city to visit the main nearby archaeological complexes.
An imposing ceremonial fortress known as the “Head of the Puma” of Cusco. Its massive zigzag walls, built with enormous stone blocks, represent one of the most astonishing engineering achievements of the Andean world.
A ceremonial sanctuary carved into natural rock and dedicated to Pachamama (Mother Earth). Here, you can observe zigzag channels, underground chambers, and a stone altar used for ritual ceremonies.
Known as the “Red Fortress,” it was an ancient military post and control center that protected the access to Cusco.
Known as the “Temple of Water” or “Inca Baths.” It stands out for its sophisticated hydraulic system with channels and water fountains that continue flowing since Inca times.
