Itinerary
03:30 – 04:00 a.m.
Pickup from your hotel in Cusco’s historic center. Departure by tourist transport heading south of Cusco, passing through Andean landscapes during an approximately 2-hour journey.
06:00 a.m.
Traditional Andean breakfast at a local restaurant. Afterwards, continue the trip to the community of Hanchipacha (approx. 1 additional hour).
08:00 a.m.
Arrival at the starting point. Safety briefing and ATV riding instructions (10 minutes). Begin the 30-minute ATV ride through high Andean landscapes to the starting point of the hike.
09:00 a.m.
Moderate-difficulty hike (approx. 50 minutes) to Rainbow Mountain. Along the way, you will observe local flora, fauna, and unique natural formations.
09:45 – 10:30 a.m.
Arrival at Rainbow Mountain. Free time to enjoy the scenery, take photos, and receive a brief explanation from the guide about the geography and local culture. Continue towards the Red Valley viewpoint.
10:30 a.m.
Return to the base in Hanchipacha by ATV (30 minutes).
12:00 p.m.
Transfer by tourist transport to the restaurant to enjoy a varied buffet lunch.
02:00 – 05:00 p.m.
Return to the city of Cusco. End of service at Plaza Regocijo at approximately 05:00 p.m.
